1. Flight details: arrival date and time, flight number.
2. Name and address of your hotel in Bangkok.
3. Name and surnames of all travellers (adults and children).
4. If you travel with children (up to 12 years):
- age and height.
- If they bike on their own, or use:
- child seat (approximately 3-5 years, max. 25 kg.) and/or
- baby seat (approximately 0-3 years, max. 12 kg.).
5. Any allergies or dietary restrictions.
6. Please bring your passport to activate the travel SIM at the Co van Kessel office.
